Skookum Truffles is a new company founded to distribute fresh harvested culinary truffles native to the Pacific Northwest United States.  Inspired by the discovery of a naturally occurring Oregon Black Truffle and Oregon White Truffle population on family land, Natalie launched a process of inquiry and education around this mysterious fruit from nature.  Skookum Truffles provides this elusive and highly valued culinary delight to individuals and chefs.
